About/Bio

Vivian Elliott - Lead Vocals - Vivian is our youthful and energetic Lead Vocalist who is not to be missed. Spot-on with pitch and delivery, she loves to perform Live 80’s Shows and will impress! Vivian has been singing since the age of five, and although still in her teenage years, has performed well over 350 live shows, released six original singles in Switzerland and Germany, and has also released several professional music videos, of which the song ‘Don’t Go’ (a song about teen suicide prevention) has garnered over 250,000 views on YouTube. Vivian absolutely loves 80’s Music and Culture and has found her musical home with Dirty Blonde.

Mick Savage - Guitars - Mick was born and raised in Howell, Michigan. Of the “MTV Generation”, he quickly gained a love and appreciation for the great music of the 1980s. At the age of thirteen he started playing the guitar with a focus on both lead and rhythm, and later studied at The Berklee College of Music and Michigan State University. Over the years, Mick has performed in many styles ranging from Contemporary Christian, Top 40, Classic Rock, Hard Rock, and various Metal genres. A retired US Marine Captain, he currently resides with his wife in North Carolina.

Jesse Foxx - Drums - Hailing from Morehead City, North Carolina, Jesse grew up listening to all kinds of Music and quickly grew a love for it. He learned how to play trumpet and bass in his middle school concert band, and after discovering ‘That Awesome 80’s Music!’ found his true calling on the Drums. Jesse considers it an honor to be living out his dream of playing live drums in an 80’s Tribute Band. He currently resides in New Bern, NC.

Ace Coverdale - Bass, Keys - Ace is our Band Leader, originally from Cleveland, Ohio. Receiving piano lessons from an early age, Ace began his musical career in middle school and has been involved in bands and live music consistently for over 30 years. Ace has recorded and toured extensively in both Europe and America, including making records at Mountain Studios in Montreux, Switzerland with Producer David Richards (Queen). Interestingly, Ace was the very first person asked to use Freddy Mercury’s Gold Recording Microphone, which had been secured in a small safe in the studio basement since his untimely death in 1991. Ace’s mantra: ‘The audience and our band’s positive and upbeat interaction with them is the key to a memorable and enjoyable Show’.
