Because of his unique ability to portray the wit and wisdom of Ireland, Noel V. Ginnity has been described as being “more important to Ireland than the Blarney Stone.” Noel has made numerous television and radio appearances in Ireland and throughout the world, and he was ultimately honored at a special reception given by the President of Ireland, Mary McAleese, in May 2002. Noel V.
